Streamlining job applications with Forma
How Forma helps organize the chaos of applying for jobs and researching companies.
Applying for jobs is practically a full time job itself. You tweak your resume for every application, try to remember which version you sent where, and spend hours reading up on companies so you have something smart to say in your cover letter. It is exhausting.
I built Forma to keep all that chaos organized in one local workspace. It tracks your applications and helps version your resume so you always know what you sent. But the really interesting part is how it assists with company research.
Using LangGraph workflows, Forma can actually look up source-backed information about a company and help draft cover letters that sound like you. It runs entirely local using Python, FastAPI, and SQLite so your data stays yours. It’s made job hunting feel a lot more manageable and organized, instead of just being a repetitive chore.
